      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide superior customer service through inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns related to reservations
      - Demonstrate sales effectiveness by securing deposits, upselling, and recommending optional travel add-ons
      - Assist customers and Travel Advisors with reservation issues, ensuring timely resolutions
      - Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with customers and team members
      - Adhere to department Quality Assurance guidelines while meeting sales and performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service or sales
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
      - Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a remote environment
      - Proficiency in computer business applications and computerized reservation systems
      - Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the travel and hospitality industry
      - Background in a high-volume call center setting
