What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior customer service through inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns related to reservations
- Demonstrate sales effectiveness by securing deposits, upselling, and offering travel add-ons
- Assist consumers and Travel Advisors with reservation issues, collaborating with other departments for resolution
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues through oral and written communication
- Meet sales and performance metrics while working independently from home
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in computer business applications and computerized reservation systems
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
