Job Description: The Account Manager reports to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities include managing daily operations across security contracts in San Diego, monitoring contract performance, developing strategic project plans, compiling performance reports, maintaining high standards of conduct, and conducting audits.

Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to develop reports and data products using MS Office, understanding of security operations, operational KPIs, strong interpersonal and communication skills, supervisory experience, adaptability, technological proficiency, project management skills, customer service orientation, and flexibility to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience: Preferred candidates have military discharge, a Bachelor's degree, or 5 years of operations and project management experience.
