      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the full sales cycle from self-sourced pipeline to close, targeting mid-market eCommerce brands
      - Identify opportunities to introduce and activate new products such as credit cards and treasury offerings
      - Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through networking, outbound campaigns, and events
      - Conduct in-depth discovery to create tailored solutions that meet client needs
      - Collaborate with the Relationship Management team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - 3+ years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience, with at least 2 years in a closing role
      - Proven track record of selling to brands generating $10M+ in annual revenue, ideally in eCommerce, SaaS, or fintech
      - Experience managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
      - Strong discovery, solution selling, and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies
      - Passion for fintech and eCommerce, along with curiosity about complex business challenges
      - Collaborative mindset with a desire to enhance team performance
