      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the full sales cycle within the customer base, achieving or exceeding sales targets
      - Manage and grow the assigned territory while maximizing revenue and building future sales pipelines
      - Deliver virtual and onsite presentations to senior municipal government officials regarding enterprise asset management and budgeting services
      - Produce recommendations based on customer pain points, educating clients on industry trends and best practices
      - Utilize Salesforce to manage sales opportunities, action items, and campaigns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a relevant area (Business, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
      - 5-8 years of experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, preferably in a SaaS software or technology environment
      - 5-8 years of successful business development experience in U.S.-based sales
      - Experience working with local governments, preferably in Florida
      - Exceptional customer-facing skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working with municipalities or local governments
      - Highly motivated and self-directed with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
      - Experience with managing all aspects of the sales process, from proposal writing to effective closing
      - Ability to quickly learn and communicate the value of new methodologies, products, and services
      - Valid passport and driver's license for international travel
