What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify, prospect, and lead the sales process to secure new customers across key industries such as Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, and eCommerce
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, expanding long-term relationships through account farming and upselling warehousing capabilities
- Collaborate with the Solutions Design team to develop innovative warehousing-focused logistics solutions
- Lead cross-functional engagement across Operations, Information Technology (IT), Legal, and Human Resources (HR) to ensure seamless coordination and implementation
- Drive significant growth by securing new business and expanding existing accounts within the warehousing and distribution sector
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of business development or account management experience within warehousing, contract logistics, or distribution services
- Strong knowledge of warehousing operations, distribution center dynamics, and value-added services in a Business-to-Business (B2B) context
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
