- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to discuss performance, gather feedback, and address any concern
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and improve service delivery
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions
- Monitor account performance metrics, including service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and client feedback
- Analyze performance data and provide insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, training, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of services
- Mentor and support junior account managers, offering guidance on best practices and client management strategies
- Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations to acquire new accounts or expand existing ones
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and build valuable connections
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Share relevant insights with internal teams to support product and service development or enhancements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client services within the BPO industry
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts and delivering measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
