      Job Description

      Are you a driven and ambitious Account Manager looking to take your career to the next level? At Langland CTE, we create campaigns that recruit and support volunteers for ground-breaking clinical trials with some of the biggest names in healthcare. We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our client services team and play an integral role in the success of our projects.

      Who You Are:

      You are an experienced Account Manager with a background in healthcare accounts. You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable managing direct reports. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and fast-moving projects. Most importantly, you are passionate about healthcare and have a genuine enthusiasm for the work we do.

      The Role:

      As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships while taking on responsibilities associated with the Account Director role. You will draw on your previous experience to make recommendations to clients and proactively propose solutions to their problems. You will have a strong knowledge of the client's business and actively contribute to and critically assess content development. You will build your confidence to have more strategic conversations with clients, without always needing a more senior member of the team to be involved.

      What You'll Need:

      • Experience as an Account Manager within an agency working on healthcare accounts
      • Experience managing direct reports
      • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      • Passion for healthcare and a genuine enthusiasm for the work we do
