What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, execute, and track customized service strategies for each client
- Build and maintain personalized client relationships through effective communication
- Analyze risk, coverage, and program structure to recommend options and make necessary changes
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and cohesive service execution
- Manage account activity, attend meetings, and act as a liaison to resolve issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Producers License for Fire/Casualty or Life/Health
- 3+ years of Account Manager experience within an insurance brokerage or comparable industry
- Experience with strategic planning and implementation of complex accounts
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, compliance, and industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS/BA in Business, Insurance, or related field
- Professional insurance designation such as CPCU, ARM, or CEBS
- Experience working with agency management systems
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office suite
