- Travel: Travel by car to meet customers and attend events and meetings on a regular basis. Mileage reimbursement provided. Other expenses reimbursed with approval of Director.

Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for the execution of the Employer Solutions growth plan and managing the relationships with key Employer Partners. Working closely under the direction of the Director of Business Development and Manager for Employer Services, this position is responsible for assisting in the developing of strategies and work plans that will increase market share in the core market. This position works to increase and improve employer awareness/patient encounters with OhioHealth facilities by strengthening relationships with key employers, brokers/consultants, and other partners in the business community. Focus on these employers as customers through direct, in-person visits and presentations, and internally connects with key OhioHealth service lines. They will work closely with the OhioHealth Employer Solutions department, managed care, human resources, strategic planning, decision support, marketing and key service line leadership to synchronize the activities to increase and improve employer/patient encounters. They will maintain and routinely produces specific employer data reporting and assists in developing a prioritization process to identify employers who are the most opportunistic for achieving positive relations. This position will serve as the OhioHealth ambassador for the Ohio employer community and interacts frequently with senior leadership and human resources professionals within the large business community. They will frequently address and resolve ways OhioHealth can enhance the healthcare experience for the associates. Responsible for developing effective relationships between key employers through direct communication and meetings. Serve as point person for resolution of issues between community-based employers and hospital(s) and service lines and communicate solutions in an effective and timely manner to employers. Manage technology needs of community based employers through demonstration of various tools and technology available to them. Provide proper documentation to employers and staff to elect various technology services, and facilitate installation and implementation of elected services. Serve as point person in assigned territory to orient and educate Ohio leaders that are also managing employer relations activity for their division/department. Organize and facilitate employer programs to further improve awareness of OhioHealth facilities and services. Monitor and track the effectiveness of employer programs as an executable tactic of the growth plans.Minimum Qualifications:

Preparation. Directs sales to employers. Develop clear, concise, goal-oriented presentations, proposals and RFP responses designed to educate employers in the understanding of programs and services. Have a clearly stated goal prior to each employer interaction. Gains clear perspective of employers' referral patterns and associate population. Develop employer relationship goals that comply with OhioHealth ethics and compliance program. Schedule and attend various employer programs and community events in which large employers frequent. Responsible for facilitating details and managing expenses for various programs that are offered to large employers. Must be knowledgeable and able to communicate details effectively of various service lines in their scope of services.

Understands and addresses employer service issues. Utilizes available resources to solve service issues and manages employer and staff expectations effectively through proper communication and follow-up. Able to build relationships with key leadership as well as operational staff members to ensure buy-in and deliverables are met.

Consistently meets or exceeds qualitative and quantitative goals including call volume, call frequency; revenue targets, visit targets; good use of available information and marketing material and other goals TBD. Enters data in an accurate and timely manner into Salesforce contact management system. Effectively communicates key service issues/market data to appropriate leadership. Corporate Partnership Programming. Has an understanding of employer healthcare needs. Maintains a thorough understanding of the local medical marketplace including external opportunities and threats to OhioHealth facilities and key clinical programs. Develops and maintains targeted employer list for relationship building process. Timely submission of call reports and information gathered. Assist in training and development of representatives from various ambulatory and hospital-based services lines.
