- Responsible for managing relationships with the company’s buy/sell side clients in AMERs.
- Responsible for onboarding new buy-side clients.
- Responsible for developing account strategies, driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Establish deep relationships in all areas of a client organization - trading, operations, compliance and technology.
- Identify additional opportunities for increasing volume and revenue from existing customer base.
- Ensure the firm maximizes trading volume from existing customers.
- Achieve defined targets of volume and adoption of new products.
- Develop customised solutions for client trading, workflow and STP requirements.
- Identify new product or functionality enhancements to address client needs.
- Demonstrable knowledge of e-trading and / or FX
- Proven experience within sales / Relationship Management within the financial services
- Consistent track record managing relationships with both sides of the market.
- Strong experience managing relationships within the Buy Side ie. Asset Managers.
- Project management skills
- Experience in Managing the implementation of new functionality for our clients and technology partners
- A strong understanding of the listed products Trading workflow including pre-trade, trading and post trade.
- Understanding of the Industry trends and competitor offerings within the Trading space
- A self-starter who demonstrates the following characteristics – Commitment, Curiosity, Courage and Confidence
- Strong, communication skills with a 'flexible professional attitude' – including presentation skills
- Ability to interact with customers in a consultative, face-to-face environment in a way that builds value for the customer and facilitates opportunities for future sales (cross-sell / up-sell)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving and expanding product sales environment
- Strategic thinking skills; demonstrated ability to plan and execute sales strategies
- A Team Player – ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to win complex deals
- Additional Language speaking and written skills are desirable but not essential.
- Industry qualification would be an advantage
- Lead by example, generating enthusiasm and focus on strategic value propositions and outstanding customer service
- Lead strategy implementation by utilizing a fact-based, value-add approach to influence stakeholders

Our results-oriented Transactions Sales team has responsibility for the revenue generated by the Refinitiv FX trading platforms: Matching and FXall. We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager who is passionate about growing sales across our clients within this team.
You will be responsible for managing the relationships within our Buy Side Trading clients (tier 1/2) which will encompass managing existing business as well as new clients who come onto the platform. You will be responsible for pro-actively managing, developing and nurturing the relationships of these firms trading on the LSEG Group Transactions platforms.
Your key responsibilities;

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $98,800 - $183,400. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
