What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct weekly face-to-face training sessions for customers and partners
- Collaborate with sales, partner, product, and technical marketing teams to enhance partner sales capabilities
- Develop and refine sales training materials focused on AI and data center technologies
- Actively listen to partner feedback during workshops and implement actionable improvements
- Recruit and train internal team members to deliver specific workshop modules
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/MS or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related fields
- 12+ years of field experience, with 5+ years in sales roles for AI-related data center technologies
- Solid proficiency with AI concepts, including Machine Learning and Generative AI
- Proven success in guiding customers through the buyer's journey for accelerated computing solutions
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for sales audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in delivering and developing in-depth training for sales audiences
- Familiarity with the employer's partner ecosystem and software stack
- Demonstrated expertise in sales positions
- Skill in using AI tools or copilots to enhance training design and delivery
- A master's degree or equivalent experience in business or related fields is preferred
