What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and support the Amazon team in achieving goals and skill development
- Develop sales and profitability strategies, analyze data, and optimize advertising
- Monitor product performance, maintain high Amazon rankings, and adapt to new opportunities
- Report sales data and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments, stay updated on Amazon policies, and manage advertising campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of Amazon account management experience, including 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven expertise in Amazon operations, sales strategies, and advertising
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and advanced Excel skills
