What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed periodic reviews of higher and high-risk client relationships to ensure complete and accurate customer due diligence
- Analyze customer profile changes and documentation for material changes in risk factors and red flags
- Update internal records to enhance customer KYC files
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Relationship Managers to gather necessary documentation for KYC due diligence
- Monitor industry trends related to money laundering or fraud schemes and report suspicious activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in AML and KYC reviews for corporates, with at least 2 years in the crypto industry
- B.A./B.S. degree; quantitative or technical degree preferred
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical with strong data analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with internal and external teams
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CAMS, CFCS, or CFE certification
- Experience working collaboratively and effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Innovative mindset with a passion for digital currency and blockchain technology
