What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth survey analysis to identify factors impacting customer satisfaction and onboarding friction points
- Build and maintain impactful dashboards and reports to track key retention metrics such as GRR and NRR
- Partner with Customer Delivery and Customer Success teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Access and analyze product telemetry data to identify usage patterns and set alert thresholds for declining engagement
- Oversee data hygiene and perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in customer or business analytics at a SaaS technology company, preferably supporting post-sales teams
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Demonstrated ability to create impactful dashboards and reports with strong visualizations
- Fluency in defining customer health KPIs and understanding metrics such as NPS, GRR, and NRR
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance decision-making or drive innovation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on fintech or payments products
- Experience with monthly subscriptions
- Familiarity with Tableau
- Based in Austin, Texas
