What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer programs and conduct analysis related to merit, bonus, and equity for VP+ associates
- Interact and present to high-level executives and prepare materials for the Board of Directors’ Compensation Committee
- Liaise with internal and external partners to fulfill executive compensation duties
- Conduct research and analysis to aid informed decision-making on executive program design and benefits
- Support special projects to enhance internal processes and drive effective metric measurement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA or BS from an accredited university in finance, business administration, HR, economics, or related field; MBA is a plus
- At least 3 to 5 years of compensation-related experience in a corporate or consulting setting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to analyze data and interpret compensation metrics
- Solid understanding of financial statements, markets, and regulatory environment, including SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with HRIS (WorkDay preferred) and expert level proficiency in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- World at Work Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and/or Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP)
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
