      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct expert-level SAT Essay scoring and backreading to ensure accuracy and fairness
      - Monitor scoring patterns and provide actionable feedback to maintain scoring quality
      - Author and review ACCUPLACER and ACCUPLACER ESL content aligned with educational standards
      - Conduct research to enhance scoring accuracy and improve assessment processes
      - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to communicate complex scoring issues effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or equivalent experience in English, English education, writing, or a closely related field
      - Four to six years of experience in standardized writing assessment with a recognized testing organization
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for articulating scoring rationales
      - Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple scoring activities
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Teaching experience at middle, secondary, or postsecondary levels
      - In-depth exposure to state and national curriculum standards
      - Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital tools for scoring assessments
      - Experience in developing instructional materials or training resources
