      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Assistant Vice President of Major Gifts and additional development officers
      - Manage revenue and activity reports, budgets, and data entry for fundraising activities
      - Assist in training new assistants on Major Gifts procedures and serve as a contact for data entry inquiries
      - Support fundraising activities by tracking prospects, entering data, and conducting preliminary donor/prospect research
      - Draft donor acknowledgments and assist in preparing cultivation materials and gift proposals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalency required; Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of administrative work experience
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Solid computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office Suite products

      - Experience with fundraising software and philanthropy systems
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a variety of personalities
      - Demonstrated judgment and self-starting attitude
