What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a book of 40-50 strategic brand accounts, focusing on new business acquisition
- Prospect, pitch, and close partnerships with brands lacking physical locations
- Sell managed service advertising solutions, particularly Yelp Audiences
- Cultivate relationships with senior-level marketing decision-makers and media buyers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital media and advertising sales, with at least 8 years in a direct sales role
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas and closing deals over $150K
- Experience in selling managed service and programmatic advertising solutions
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders
- Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage a large book of business
