What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review student records, monitor enrollments, and process enrollments in PeopleSoft and the VA's Enrollment Manager system
- Liaise with various departments to resolve escalated certification questions and concerns
- Assist students with issues related to VA educational benefits
- Maintain compliance with SAA and VA regulations to ensure timely certification processes
- Develop and maintain job aids and internal training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
- Two (2) years of experience at an institution of higher learning, preferably in a college Veterans Affairs Office or Student Advising
- Ability to process enrollments in compliance with VA regulations
- Strong communication skills to assist students and liaise with departments
- Proficiency in handling escalated certification questions and concerns
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in PeopleSoft and Enrollment Manager
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
