      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders in client organizations, ensuring engagement and satisfaction
      - Create and execute enrollment and engagement strategies, tracking goals and aligning tactics
      - Analyze program performance data to provide insights and recommendations to clients
      - Lead project management for client initiatives, anticipating needs and adjusting plans as necessary
      - Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and implement solutions for client engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client success or account management in the wellness or healthcare/digital health industry
      - Proven track record of exceeding performance goals
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to balance workload and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
