      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Underwrite franchise transactions, conducting thorough financial analysis and risk assessment
      - Mentor and train colleagues in financial analysis and underwriting practices
      - Analyze structured and unstructured information, identifying trends and outliers
      - Communicate effectively with internal personnel, customers, and third-party originators
      - Manage multiple underwriting transactions simultaneously in a dynamic work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or five years of related financial experience
      - Minimum of two years in a Senior Credit Analyst position
      - Experience with full financial franchise restaurant underwriting
      - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
      - Proficiency in MS Office suite and Salesforce

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in underwriting complex situations, such as pro forma analysis and multi-layered ownership structures
      - Knowledge of franchise business models and operational efficiency drivers
      - Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective communication across various levels of the organization
