What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Client Communities team
- Train and mentor new Client Advocates while conducting call audits
- Handle complex service requests and resolve customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality service delivery
- Identify and monitor system bugs and improvement requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center or direct customer service environment
- Property and Casualty insurance license
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Flexibility in work schedule, with the ability to work outside of normal office hours
