      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of customers, driving value realization and mitigating churn risk
      - Achieve revenue and bookings goals through effective renewal and expansion strategies
      - Conduct business reviews aligning customer objectives with the employer’s solution value
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and support coordination
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes and identify growth opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Renewal Management, or Customer Success in SaaS
      - Proven experience in quota-carrying roles with consistent performance
      - Strong contract negotiation skills and ability to manage deal cycles
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
