      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and develop lasting relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact
      - Proactively engage and educate clients through regular meetings and support training efforts
      - Collaborate with various internal teams to understand client business drivers and ensure customer success
      - Identify opportunities for increased customer engagement, advocacy, and growth
      - Solve problems and provide support aligned with client business goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
      - Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including the ability to perform vlookups and pivot tables in Excel
      - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce and/or Zendesk
      - Knowledge of NYC compliance and/or property management
      - Spanish speaking/translation capabilities
