      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of Government and Public sector clients from onboarding through renewal, ensuring strong product adoption
      - Partner with clients to align solutions with their HR and business goals, driving client retention and revenue growth through upsells
      - Develop tailored success plans that enhance usage, engagement, and long-term ROI for clients
      - Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate impact and identify future growth opportunities
      - Build and maintain senior relationships with clients to enhance visibility and increase product adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
      - Proven experience in managing contract renewals and identifying revenue upsell opportunities
      - Strong focus on identifying and quantifying client value
      - Ability to work with complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
      - Exceptional relationship-building skills at various levels of seniority

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in financial wellness, benefits, or student loan sectors
      - Background in B2B2C Fintech
      - Understanding of HR benefits buyers and decision-making processes
      - Familiarity with government or public sector experience
      - Knowledge of security and privacy requirements
