      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Success teams to define strategic projects and process improvements
      - Support operational programs aligned with the overall organizational strategy
      - Manage reporting and other tools to ensure customer health, retention, and expansion
      - Maintain data integrity across post-sales systems related to Success programs
      - Drive accountability by measuring results and executing impactful programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience supporting Customer Success operations, preferably in high-growth SaaS environments
      - Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other customer success systems
      - Proven track record of building trust and managing expectations with stakeholders
      - Experience with customer health metrics and success KPIs
      - Strong analytical skills to build and interpret reports and dashboards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with cloud security or cybersecurity
      - Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives while executing hands-on in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience building and operationalizing premium support offerings
      - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
      - Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
