What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and assess the quality of customer interactions across various business lines
- Implement systems for tracking compliance with quality process requirements and call scoring
- Drive projects to identify and improve behaviors, processes, and outcomes
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure accountability in quality programs
- Analyze data using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau to derive actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of launching quality projects that enhance productivity and customer outcomes
- Strong ability to analyze data and quickly understand business priorities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust among diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce
- Project management or industry certifications, such as COPC or PMP
