      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define and implement strategies for the integration of platforms and software solutions for AI deployments
      - Scope projects, assemble support teams, and develop project schedules in collaboration with customers
      - Translate customer requirements into specific tasks and ensure effective execution
      - Track, prioritize, and resolve customer-reported issues while maintaining clear communication
      - Organize and lead technical discussions between engineering teams to address project-related challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
      - Minimum of 8 years in the high-tech electronics industry with a focus on complex program/project management
      - Proven experience managing significant Data Center programs, especially with strategic customers
      - Strong technical knowledge in server development and Data Center qualification/deployment
      - Fluency in both Japanese and English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading key strategic projects
      - PMP or Scrum Master certification
      - Exceptional leadership skills across diverse functional teams
