What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage business-critical technical projects from inception to completion
- Conduct analyses, build scalable analytics infrastructure, and create reports for business partners
- Collaborate with business leaders across technical teams to solve complex problems
- Utilize advanced analytical tools to execute complex analyses and visualizations
- Mentor and coach junior team members on technical and strategic skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working with stakeholders
- Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate effectively to leadership
- Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Eagerness to learn and become an expert on specific subjects within the organization
- Ability to understand and articulate the business context behind analytic solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Snowflake and DBT
- Background in healthcare analytics or related fields
- Previous mentorship experience in a professional setting
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry's digital media landscape
