      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the operational execution of the Solution Architecture function, ensuring high-quality feasibility assessments and solution designs
      - Execute and oversee presale feasibility analyses, including running RWD cohort counts and translating clinical and business criteria into computable logic
      - Act as the primary technical advisor during presale engagements, ensuring solution designs are feasible and aligned with platform capabilities
      - Collaborate with subject matter experts and product leaders to architect custom solutions
      - Lead, mentor, and grow the Solution Architecture team; support hiring, training, and development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10 years of experience in healthcare data, analytics, data engineering, or related technical domains
      - Demonstrated experience running RWD feasibility analyses and executing patient counts across multiple data environments
      - 3–5+ years leading technical or cross-functional teams
      - Strong understanding of data models, pipelines, SQL-based querying, and analytic methodologies used in HEOR, epidemiology, and clinical research
      - Expert fluency with SQL, Python, R, or similar analytic tools

      - Proven ability to co-sell with commercial teams, including consultative discovery and technical-commercial storytelling
      - Strong communication skills and experience preparing technical documentation and client materials
