What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive strategic alignment by collaborating with executives and cross-functional leaders on inorganic growth strategies
- Own the end-to-end M&A deal process, including sourcing, target engagement, financial modeling, and negotiation
- Lead cross-functional teams through due diligence, identifying key risks and opportunities
- Partner with the M&A integration team to ensure successful execution of post-close value drivers
- Present complex information clearly to senior audiences, including C-suite and Board members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a transactional role with direct responsibility for deal execution
- Background in M&A or Corporate Development within high-growth or enterprise technology companies
- Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and business case development skills
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to senior audiences
