What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and execute a comprehensive security architecture vision and roadmap for all security domains
- Lead and mentor management teams to enhance their strategic thinking and architectural capabilities
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate security architecture throughout the development lifecycle
- Establish security architecture principles and standards that guide enterprise-wide security initiatives
- Architect the integration of AI and automation technologies to enhance security outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise security architecture with a proven track record
- Deep experience with cloud security architecture across major platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Demonstrated success in leading management teams and developing leaders in technical organizations
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with software engineering teams
- Strong technical background enabling credible architectural leadership of security infrastructure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- History of successfully redesigning and consolidating security architecture in large organizations
- Experience in transforming organizational culture within technical security teams
- Ability to present architectural strategies to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Proven capability to create long-term architectural roadmaps aligned with business strategy
- Experience developing strategic capabilities across multiple security teams
