What is Required (Qualifications):

- Ability to communicate with clarity and concision
- Experience in data platforms and analytics
- Coaching and mentoring experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of productivity and collaboration tooling
- Familiarity with self-service access to KPIs and metrics
