- Lead the strategy, design, & delivery of Finance Cloud Systems across ERP, EPM, D&A, Treasury, Tax, etc.
- Serve as the solutions expert and coordinate with the project team during key phases of the program
- Support the efforts with IT teams to ensure efficient system integration between the Core ERP and other Finance, payroll solutions and business systems
- Partner with key Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to understand and document requirements
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers from 3rd party SaaS vendors
- Partner with Finance stakeholders, Tech Solution Lead, and 3rd party vendors to improve Finance Systems
- Work closely with Finance stakeholders to design / enhance Finance processes to better leverage the solutions
- Work closely with the Finance Reporting and analytics team on reporting/analytics needs to develop and enhanced capabilities as needed
- Conduct regular review of the Core ERP solution and its ability to meet Finance and business needs and facilitate effective and efficient Finance processes
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity with Finance solutions
- Manage upgrades, patches, and regression testing for Finance Cloud Systems post-deployment
- 10+ years with demonstrated experience deploying Finance Cloud Systems inclusive of ERP, EPM, D&A, and other solutions in large multinational organizations
- 10+ years with demonstrated experience leading operations for Finance Systems
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with management both within and outside of Finance
- Ability to develop / maintain strong business relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP / EPM Cloud solutions to identify areas for optimization. Oracle ERP / EPM Cloud experience is a plus
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven project management experience; ability to balance multiple initiatives and project timelines and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

Job Description
Global Finance Modernization (GF Mod) is a multi-year transformation to enable Global Finance to achieve its vision of being a strategic advisor to the business where Finance is shaping and leading critical strategic initiatives across the enterprise, driving growth and enterprise value. This program focuses on all aspects of Finance, including transformation across our people, processes, operating model, and technology. GF Mod will improve the employee experience and allow Finance to deliver a more seamless and consistent experience to its customers.
The Finance Functional Solutions Lead is responsible for the Finance solutions transformation team and for building a sustain organization to manage the work at a global scale. The Functional Solutions Lead will lead set-up of the Finance ERP, planning solutions, T&E, Tax and other associated tools, processes, reporting capabilities, and supporting Finance integrations. The Finance Functional Solutions Lead will drive discussions with key Finance, IT and stakeholders to determine requirements, regulatory changes, etc. to ensure functionality is set up accurately in the solution.
