What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute the HEOR Evidence Strategy
- Partner with commercial, medical, and cross-functional teams to align evidence generation plans
- Lead a team of HEOR professionals and collaborate with Real-World Evidence and Modeling teams
- Incorporate research findings into customer-facing communication materials
- Provide HEOR input into policy issues and value assessments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree required
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, pricing, reimbursement, medical affairs, and/or portfolio analysis
- Deep experience in health economics, outcomes research methodologies, and designing economic studies
- Strong understanding of US healthcare systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, payer, or healthcare sector
- Track record of peer-reviewed scientific publications and strategic HEOR communication tools development
