      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and secure strategic enterprise partners for Flex's embedded Buy Now Pay Later offering in new payment verticals
      - Manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities, converting prospects into significant accounts
      - Build executive relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities and position Flex's solutions accordingly
      - Negotiate legal and economic terms within partnership agreements
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development and market strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in strategic partnership and/or enterprise sales within high-growth FinTech environments
      - Proven track record of sourcing and closing first-of-kind opportunities in Payments/FinTech solutions
      - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience influencing executive-level stakeholders
      - Strong financial and legal acumen in building deal models and navigating legal agreements
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
