      Job Description:

      Our Senior Director of Sales Operations & Enablement will play a key role in driving operational excellence and sales team effectiveness, supporting end-to-end sales processes from lead generation through contracting. This remote position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced tech environments and enjoys blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The role involves managing pipeline and forecast accuracy, optimizing sales processes, developing enablement resources, and aligning cross-functional initiatives.

      What You'll Do:
      • Oversee sales operations functions, including pipeline and forecast management, territory planning, and account management.
      • Ensure data integrity and actionable insights in Salesforce and other reporting tools.
      • Track performance against quotas and KPIs, making strategic recommendations to drive alignment and goal attainment.
      • Develop monthly and quarterly business reports using tools like PowerPoint, Qwilr, and Excel.
      • Analyze pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and deal velocity to identify trends and drive sales productivity.
      • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and tools supporting the sales team.
      • Design and deliver sales enablement strategies, including onboarding, product training, and playbooks.
      • Manage a centralized repository of sales resources and best practices.
      • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure alignment with company goals.
      • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department and company.

      What You'll Need:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or Finance.
      • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience preferred.
      • Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
      • Passion for process optimization, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
