      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a strategic advisor to the Sales Leadership Team, driving cross-functional alignment and execution of GTMR priorities
      - Lead preparation for board updates, customer meetings, and strategic decision-making sessions
      - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure readiness for RFPs and successful deal execution
      - Continuously improve sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
      - Manage and mentor a Program Manager focused on project execution and GTMR initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A bachelor's degree
      - 15+ years of experience in sales, sales leadership, strategy, or sales operations, ideally in high-growth or technology-driven environments
      - Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and collaborating with executive leaders
      - Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
      - Expertise in CRM and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - An MBA or equivalent advanced degree
      - Experience in emerging technology, especially within a startup or scaling environment
      - Success in leading enterprise or government sales teams
      - Background in navigating government or enterprise procurement processes and managing complex RFPs
