What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own volumetric sales revenue, focusing on new logo acquisition, install base growth, and customer retention
- Set and execute strategies to drive pipeline, conversion, upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives
- Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring effective execution of marketing campaigns and lifecycle communications
- Lead and optimize the performance of the sales channel team, focusing on training and customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of progressive experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or sales enablement with direct revenue accountability
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth across acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Experience leading sales or inside sales functions, particularly in call/chat center environments
- Strong strategic acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable revenue-driving initiatives
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams

- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
