      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead strategic relationships with hyperscalers, system integrators, and managed services partners to enhance GitLab adoption in Japan
      - Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to drive pipeline and revenue
      - Drive partner-sourced demand generation activities aligned with regional sales objectives
      - Collaborate with sales teams to integrate partners throughout the sales cycle and support Net ARR performance
      - Prepare and deliver partner-facing presentations and reports communicating strategy and outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience selling software development tools and application lifecycle management solutions through strategic partnerships
      - Background working with hyperscalers such as AWS and Google Cloud
      - Knowledge of the partner ecosystem and cloud market in Japan with an established network
      - Track record in building and managing partner ecosystems, including recruitment and go-to-market activities
      - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across organizations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in B2B software sales, ideally in open source and independent software vendor environments
      - Openness to diverse backgrounds and transferable skills related to ecosystem sales
