What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support senior leadership by managing project plans and action items
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Conduct ad hoc research and prepare strategic white papers
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate executive travel arrangements
- Act as a culture ambassador in the office, influencing the workplace environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of Executive Administrative or Project Management experience
- Experience in a healthcare payer, technology, or financial services organization preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant background in executive administration, project management, or healthcare payer operations
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and meeting technology platforms
