      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide senior-level executive support to the IWC Director, managing calendars and prioritizing communications
      - Perform a range of executive office functions including planning, monitoring tasks, and preparing for meetings and events
      - Serve as the primary liaison for effective communication between senior executives and management
      - Review and edit correspondence for accuracy and completeness
      - Manage travel arrangements and budget for senior staff, ensuring efficient operations for the IWC Director

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in coordinating and facilitating interagency and international events
      - Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; an active clearance is preferred
      - Bachelor's degree in international affairs, political science, national security, or a related field
      - Experience with regional security issues and drafting professional documents
      - Proven experience working in government service or supporting government programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with international security cooperation processes
      - Experience drafting white papers, briefings, and reports for senior leadership
