We are from Grocery and Everyday Essentials team in India. We are working on scaling Amazon Now, Amazon India's foray into Quick Commerce in India. We are looking for a smart and result-oriented Senior Growth Manager to grow our business. This role demands the agility to navigate across multiple functions seamlessly, the resilience to thrive in a fast paced environment, excitement to handle challenges head-on and excellence in analytical abilities.
We're seeking someone who thrives on ambiguity, harnessing their first-principle problem-solving skills to drive impactful outcomes. Your ability to cultivate a customer-centric mindset, coupled with a penchant for out-of-the-box thinking, will be instrumental in navigating the complex landscape of our initiative.
This role will be responsible for retaining existing users, and optimizing conversion rates throughout the customer lifecycle using data-driven marketing tactics
This person will be involved in coordinating with category managers, operations teams, designers, and other people in similar roles across the business.

5. Up-to-date knowledge of growth marketing trends and developments
6. Creative in devising informative, engaging and motivational retention campaigns
7. Proven marketing experience on conversion and retention optimization
8. Knowledge of email, newsletters, push notification and merchandising
9. Understanding of landing pages optimisation, user funnels and A/B testing
10. Proficiency in using website analytics tools, ad serving tools and marketing software
11. Basic programming experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML
Key job responsibilities
1. CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) – Conduct A/B tests, landing page experiments, and UX improvements.
2. Personalization & Segmentation – Implement targeted strategies based on user behavior and demographics.
3. Pricing & Monetization Experiments – Test different pricing models, upsells, and subscription structures.
4. Customer Lifecycle Management – Develop personalized engagement strategies for different customer segments.
5. Onboarding & Activation – Improve first-time user experience to ensure higher activation rates.
6. Churn Reduction – Identify at-risk customers and implement re-engagement campaigns.
7. Loyalty & Referral Programs – Build initiatives that drive repeat engagement and word-of-mouth growth.
8. Retention Analytics – Monitor customer behavior, drop-off points, and key retention metrics (e.g., DAU, MAU, LTV).
9. Customer Feedback & Insights – Work with customer support and research teams to improve user experience and satisfaction.
10. Work with product, tech, marketing, and data teams to execute growth experiments.

About the team
-- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
