Own, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize learnings and reach client goals on channels such as Meta, Google (Search, GAC, YouTube), Apple Search Ads & TikTok
Own budgeting and the media planning process with a long-term outlook on planning - optimize performance by improving overall channel mix and composition and propose the right mix of channels based on client need
Proactively identify growth opportunities for clients and the company and able to formulate a strategy for achieving them
Actively share knowledge and lead workshops internally and externally while providing thought leadership within the agency and to clients regarding industry best practices and innovations
Ensure Twigeo stays at the forefront of growth marketing by staying up to date with new trends and independently learning new tools and tactics
Collaborate with our creative and analytics teams to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations
Play a role in mentoring and team development by providing strategic guidance to other team members and collaborate with senior leadership to shape the agency’s approach.
Have a hand in leading commercial initiatives by building, presenting and pitching new business opportunities.
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, working with a significant performance marketing budget.
Hands-on experience buying, managing, and optimizing campaigns on digital marketing platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads, as well as an understanding of digital marketing analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with Paid Search (SEM) is a major plus.
You’re comfortable owning performance and client growth, creating alignment within the client team.
You have outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and a keen ability to multitask and prioritize.
You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator able to foster and nurture relationships
