      Job Description

      Senior HR Business Partner

      Publicis Media is looking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner to play a key role within the leadership team of its UK based Global Agency Zenith Global partnering with the agency MD and global client leads on key strategic talent initiatives as well as being accountable for the operational delivery. Managing a Talent (HR) Advisor and collaborating with centre of excellence talent operations, recruitment, L&D and D&I teams within the UK.

      A trusted advisor to the leadership team they work with and accountable for all day-to-day talent activities. Responsible for delivering a value-added ‘people first service’ to their client groups.

      Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

      • Be a trusted partner to Senior Stakeholders on important Talent matters, offering guidance and support for strategic decisions.
      • Develop and implement annual people strategy each year.
      • Develop, roll out and manage key Talent initiatives that address any challenges that arise in the agency.
      • Interpret metrics and data and draw insights to support leadership in making informed people and business decisions.
      • Manage two HR Advisors and act as a mentor within the broader talent team.
      • Manage ER & TUPE process for the business.
      • Support the Advisors who advise and coach managers on specific employee relations matters to ensure they are dealt with sensitively and in accordance with employment law.
      • Manage high level, sensitive ER matters.
      • Work with leadership on organisation design.
      • Build effective working partnerships with centres of excellence teams (L&D, Recruitment, DE&I, Reward)

        Qualifications

        Key requirements of this role:

        • Experience working with Senior Executives within a matrix environment, preferably from the media sector.
        • Comfortable with ambiguity, calm under pressure engendering confidence and able to create an environment of stability in a changing landscape
        • Ability to quickly gain credibility with key stakeholders in a global business, you’ll need to be a strong communicator and influencer
        • Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships at all levels, across functions
        • A strong solutions focus and comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables
        • Ability to combine understanding of HR best practice with a pragmatic approach to bring solutions to the business with innovation and flexibility
        • Strong contributor, collaborating and sharing knowledge with wider Talent team.
        • Strong ER knowledge including TUPE is essential for this role given the nature of our business model.
