What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HR, industrial relations, psychology, or related field
- 10+ years of HR experience
- 2 years of experience supporting top-level executives
- Experience with compensation and benefits practices, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning
- Project Management experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in HR or business
- Experience with performance management
- Leveraging data to inform people strategy outcomes
- Strong leadership skills
