      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and communicate HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
      - Maintain and audit HR information system records to ensure accuracy and compliance
      - Conduct new hire orientation sessions and manage job description updates
      - Provide guidance on colleague relations matters and support engagement initiatives
      - Assist leaders in performance management and development of performance improvement plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience
      - Bachelor's degree in business management or a related academic field; HR management concentration preferred
      - Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG) and MS Office software
      - Strong knowledge of employment laws and ability to interpret policies across states
      - Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a focus on confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in consulting, healthcare, or professional services environments
      - SHRM and/or HRCI certification
      - Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as iCIMS
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
