      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage assigned clients, ensuring their overall success and maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention
      - Develop and maintain effective relationships with client HR leaders and provide strategic guidance on HR compliance and business goals
      - Utilize knowledge in employee relations and HR legislation to advise clients on best practices and innovative HR strategies
      - Analyze data for trends and make recommendations to improve organizational culture and legal compliance
      - Facilitate client training sessions and collaborate with clients on HR goals aligned with business objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Eight or more years of end-to-end Human Resources operations experience, with a focus on HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Manager roles
      - Prior experience in multi-state companies with at least 500 employees
      - Advanced knowledge of Human Resources best practices and related laws and regulations
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience operating in a matrixed environment
      - Certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
