What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the onboarding process for new commercial and channel partner clients, ensuring smooth implementation of products and services
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Configure and customize the company's product to meet client-specific needs
- Provide training sessions and create documentation to support client education
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing implementation roles and/or project management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making
- Familiarity with project management software such as Monday.com, Jira, and CRMs like Salesforce is a plus
